Button Boutique is a family run Haberdashery, knitting yarn and craft shop.

The business started over 50 years ago with just a couple of suitcases of knicker elastic on Loughborough Market, and the family still have a stall there on Thursday’s and Saturday’s, rain or shine… they stock a lot more than just elastic now!

In Leicester shop you can get hold of a wide range of products every day of the week, and the team pride themselves on their friendly help and advice. The shop offers a huge range of dressmaking, knitting, crochet and crafty items such as sewing thread, yarns or just a square of felt.

If you’re an expert you’ll be in a crafty heaven, but if you’re in a bit of a stitch (not sorry!) and need some help on a project you’re working on or a favourite item you’re trying to repair – the team will be happy to help whether you’re buying just one tiny button or a metre of ribbon.
